NGOs, a Creative Partner of Local Community

When it comes to the field of Safeguarding Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH), you cannot separate NGOs from the issue since NGOs work so closely with local communities. Nowadays, many NGOs play a key role at the local, national and even at the international level when it comes to ICH. What is noteworthy is that most NGOs working in the field are doing community-based, sustainable and creative activities motivated by their true heart.
